At Swimming Pools Etc we use over 50 vendors to supply you with over 90,000 products, in doing so gathering tracking numbers and finding out what is going on with your order can take up to 24-48 hours. The best way to receive order information is through our automated system via Email. When sending a email please include your email address, phone number, and order number. The more information you provide the better service we can provide. All emails and inquires will be responded via email within 24-48 hours. RA's (Returns) will only be displayed on your login for 30 days from date of receipt of product per store policies, no exceptions. Please login below to access forms for returns, (RA's) or damaged items.  Warranty information is provided from manufacturer and we can assist with warranty but ultimately any and all warranty has to go through the manufacturer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM UPS DUE TO DAMAGES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE USE FEDEX ONLY WHEN SHIPPING ANY RETURN.
